This was a Christmas gift for our son, and he loves it!. Everything arrived and was in excellent condition. There was a DVD included with the train set that was a major help in the setup.

This is gonna be the best birthday present for my son,this was better than expected and this was the first time i ever ordered online from any where , Thank you 2 amazon.com and best service stores for getting it here as fast as they did it arrived today right on his birthday , also a big thanks to bachmann trains for making this train set also i would also like to thank youtube for introducing this train set to my son .... love this set it is the best thomas set i've seen so far , I can't wait to see my son's eyes when he opens it.i'll be making a video for youtube with him showing how it works in a couple days

I am very happy with this product. The locomotive and cars look great and run good. They are very sturdy and hold up to the abuse from our 2 year old and 3 year old. There are no small detail parts that can be knocked off and lost while being played with by the kids. My only real complaint is that the track is flimsy for 1-gauge standards and will work its way loose after significant running. I will defintely be looking to add on with Percy and others in the series from Bachman. This is a good product.
